Tracy, I apologize for the delay in getting back to you. Tonight I plan to give a demonstration on how to use some online services to find local foods as well as a list of local markets, buying clubs and other sources of locally grown foods. I will discuss seasonal eating, procuring for institutions as well as some of the gaps in our local food system and how to solve them. I hope that helps and if there is anything I can do to help, please let me know.
