The day I realized two whole chickens would fit into my slow cooker --it was a glorious day.
If I'm going to spend the time and energy to debone a chicken, it's not that much more work to debone two. The crock needs to be cleaned no matter what's inside.The extra meat can be used for fast week-night meals or frozen for later.
And the additional bones makes it worth my time to make broth. Win-win.
