At lunch today my 22 month old ate almost his weight in sauerkraut. He definitely ate more 'kraut than anything else at lunch. I love that!
Not only is traditionally made sauerkraut full of probiotics but it is a superior source of vitamin C. Both of those things are welcomed in the winter when our bodies are working hard to fight of foreign invaders like colds and flu. Wishing you a very happy Thanksgiving!
