You are Invited!

Please Join Us for Supper
We're having home-cooked, traditional food!

Thursday, September 9th

6 p.m. – 8 p.m.

Redeemer Community Church
in Little Rock
(Located in Ashley Square Shopping Center at Reservoir and N. Rodney Parham.
2nd floor - above the Revenue Office)

The meal will be a rare opportunity to take the family out for Real Food. I was permitted to sample the pastured Chicken ala King and local peach cobbler that will be served. This being one of the many perks of being a Weston A. Price Foundation Chapter Leader! I am told they will be accompanied by local green beans with pastured hog bacon and a sampling of traditional sauerkraut and/or kimchi. Scrumptious! I know you will not want to miss it.

To help you learn to make your own Real Food, we will demonstrate making traditional sauerkraut and give away a copy of Nourishing Traditions.

If getting to eat Real Food that you didn’t have to cook isn't exciting enough by itself, you will also get to meet new friends and families taking the Real Food journey.

Your attendance at the dinner will help support the efforts of the Little Rock Chapter of the Weston A. Price Foundation, reaching more people with the Real Food message and providing farmers with memberships to the Farm to Consumer Legal Defense Fund.

We would love to see a number of our local farmers join us. We think becoming friends with the people who supply our food is a smart idea! In fact, you might like to sponsor a farmer for this event. Just personally invite your farmer and purchase his/her ticket, or make a general donation for farmers' tickets so we can turn the tables and feed them for a change.

Ticket prices are $8.00 per person.
Children five and under are free, with a $40 family maximum.

Tickets can be purchased using the PayPal button to the right of this blog. When using PayPal put “WAPF Dinner” in “special instructions to seller”. We will send an electronic ticket to your e-mail address. If you would like to donate for one or more farmers' dinners, put “feed a farmer” in “special instructions”.

You may also purchase tickets or make donations by cash or check payable to “WAPF Little Rock Chapter.” Julie, I, or another member of the WAPF Little Rock Planning Team can help you with ticket purchases or “feed a farmer” donations. If you would like to mail a check, please e-mail realfoodlisa AT gmail DOT com
and I will provide the mailing address.

Saturday, September 4th is the deadline to purchase tickets. Seating is limited, so don’t wait. See you there!
